My
Journey
Inspired by personal and family experiences with natural medicine, I found myself drawn to traditional healing methods. This exploration led me to Chinese medicine and acupuncture—a path that now enriches my work by offering families a broader spectrum of care. Along the way, facilitating OpenSky Qigong sessions has become a wonderful practice, nurturing my own well-being while connecting me with others. I also remain committed to professionalism; maintaining a current Working with Children Check and continuously updating my skills through regular training in First Aid, CPR, and beyond.
