Rachael completed her Health Science degree in Acupuncture, graduating with Distinction from Endeavour College of Natural Health. She is a registered member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and holds a membership with the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medical Association (AACMA).
With more than two decades of experience as a social worker specialising in children, youth and families, Rachael offers a holistic approach to healing. Rachael is also a qualified trainer of Youth Mental Health First Aid.
Rachael also is a facilitator with OpenSky Qigong. Qi Gong is like Tai Chi and can be described as a moving meditation.
Rachael has a Current Working with Children Check, regularly attends professional development, holds a Level 2 First Aid Certificate and has her current CPR certificate.

Rachael has a particular interest in mental well-being; as a social worker with over 20 years of experience, she has supported a diverse range of children, young people and their parents and delivers Youth Mental Health First Aid training to professionals and the community.
Rachael and her family’s experience with natural medicine encouraged her to explore more traditional healing methods.

- gut issues
- stress, mental health and wellbeing
